Branding, Product Development of a City-Wide Festival Concept, Influencer Programme

Considered the first  real "influencer-led" program, Hello London was an invented 90-day festival, a collection of events to lure young, culturally motivated customers to fly BA from India, Sweden and the US. BA negotiated deals to the best of London.  A special website showed  gave insider access to premium seats, the best tables, back door meet-and-greets with musicians, artists, and fashion designers with pop-up videos from influencers who shared their insider secrets.
